What it is
A rooftop that the resort says was designed for sunsets and twilight: wine, cocktails and tapas, with the happy hour across the sunset hours. Its own signatures are the Pattaya Connection, the Scorpion and the Royal Pineapple.
It closes at 21:00, so it is the start of a night, not the night itself.
When to go
The happy hour runs from 17:00 to 19:00, at happy-hour prices, and the sun sets over the water while it runs.
