We’re Tim and Paemi.
Pattaya After Dark is run by Tim and Paemi, a German–Thai married couple who live in Pattaya. It is the practical guide to a night out here: where to go, what it costs, when it closes and how to get home, with every changing fact dated and sourced.
Who we are
TimPaemi is Tim and Paemi, a German–Thai married couple in Pattaya. Through their company, TIMPAEMI CO., LTD., they create premium VIP experiences and private events in Pattaya, and take on technical, publishing and production work.
Tim is from Germany and Paemi is from Thailand, and Pattaya is home.

What Pattaya After Dark covers
- Areas: eight nightlife areas, from Naklua in the north to Jomtien in the south.
- Kinds of night: clubs, rooftop bars, live music, pubs, beach bars, cocktail bars and the big nights, with the venues that meet the rules below.
- Know before you go: closing times, prices, entry, safety and getting home.
What we leave out
We don’t list go-go bars or any venue built around adult entertainment, and we never will. Where a street has them, its page says so once, so you can plan around it.
How we keep it correct
Facts that change, such as opening hours, prices, entry rules and the law, show the date they were last checked and their source. Where a fact is unknown or sources disagree, the page says so instead of guessing.
We name every source with the day it was checked, and the kind of source it is:
- Operator: the venue’s own site, menu, booking page or social account, or its hotel’s page.
- Operator text carried elsewhere: a venue’s own profile or post republished on another site, such as Thai2Night; we name the venue and say “via” the site that carries it.
- Government: the Royal Thai Government Gazette, Thai government departments, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and other governments’ travel advice.
- Directory: listings such as Go To Pattaya or DASTA’s Smart DASTA app.
- Independent guide or news: outlets such as Pattaya.Guide, Pattaya Mail and The Pattaya News.
We don’t rate or rank places: lists run north to south or by kind. No place pays to appear on Pattaya After Dark, and the site carries no advertising.
We link each venue’s Google Maps listing so readers can see its photos and reviews there; we don’t rate venues ourselves.

Which venues get a page
A venue gets a page of its own when it is open in 2026 and either its own source backs the facts (its site, menu or social account, or its own text carried on another site), or two independent sources dated 2026 do, one of them an established outlet: a guide or newspaper that has covered Pattaya for years under a named publisher, such as Pattaya.Guide (published by The Pattaya Guide Co., Ltd. since 2004, by its own about page, checked 2 October 2026), Pattaya Mail or The Pattaya News. A venue that meets neither may still be listed, with its source, on an area or kind-of-night page. Where a page is built mainly from guides rather than the venue’s own source, its sources say so.

The descriptions on venue pages are drawn from the sources each page names, not from our own visits, unless the page says otherwise. Where we have been ourselves, the page says so. As of 2 October 2026, that is Club Panda, Leela Club and Lucifer.
