Privacy
No ads, no tracking cookies and no Google Analytics. We use Cloudflare’s cookie-free Web Analytics for aggregate visit counts, and Cloudflare, which delivers the site, processes ordinary request data such as your IP address to do so. Both are explained below.

Who is responsible
TIMPAEMI CO., LTD., Pattaya, Thailand, runs Pattaya After Dark. Send privacy requests to info@pattaya-afterdark.com.
Delivering the site
Cloudflare delivers and protects this site. To do so it processes ordinary request data, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser, under its privacy policy. Cloudflare’s policy (effective 4 November 2025) says it stores information mainly in the United States and the European Economic Area, may access it from other countries where it operates, and applies safeguards to transfers, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses for data from Europe. We don’t use that data to build advertising profiles. The basis is our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare adds one small script to our pages. It counts page views and visits and records the page, the referring site, country, device type, browser, operating system and page-load speed. Cloudflare says it uses no client-side state, such as cookies or local storage, for this and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address, browser or anything else (Cloudflare Web Analytics, read on 2 October 2026). Its Web Analytics FAQ says that it keeps the unsampled data for seven days and then aggregates it down to about 10%, and that it does not log query strings. The basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read and how fast they load. Because nothing is stored on your device, the site shows no cookie banner.
Apart from Cloudflare Web Analytics, the site loads no analytics script, so no Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, and it sets no analytics cookies.
When you email or message us
When you email us or message us on LINE, we receive what you send, with your address or LINE name, and use it only to reply and, for a correction, to check and update the page. We keep these emails and messages with no set end date, so that we can look back at what a correction was based on. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, by email or on LINE. LINE messages are also handled under LINE’s privacy policy. Please don’t send passport, payment or health details.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to their sources and to official websites. When you follow a link, that website receives the usual request information and may set cookies under its own policy. None of these links earns us a commission.
What we never do
We don't sell or rent personal data, build advertising profiles, run retargeting pixels, fingerprint visitors or track anyone across visits or websites.
Your rights, and where to complain
Depending on where you live, Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or the EU’s GDPR may give you the right to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@pattaya-afterdark.com; we may need to confirm who you are, and we reply within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to a data-protection authority: in Thailand, that is the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), at pdpc.or.th; in the EU, the authority where you live.
Children
This nightlife guide is for adults; the legal drinking age in Thailand is 20. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal data can ask us to delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes, this page and its date change with it.
