Which beach
Pattaya Beach runs along Beach Road, with the town right behind it. Wong Amat in the north and Na Jomtien in the south are quieter, with resorts along the sand. Sina is out on the water. At Wong Amat, The Beach Club at Pullman has a happy hour from 14:00 to 17:00, selected drinks from 140 baht net (the hotel’s page, checked 7 October 2026); the other deals are on happy hours.
After dark
Most beach bars close by 23:00. For the rest of the night, Beach Road has live music and Walking Street has the clubs.
Questions
How late are Pattaya’s beach bars open?
LAY Beach Club on Pattaya Beach is open until midnight every day, by its own site; most others we list close between 21:00 and 23:00 (checked 1 October 2026).
Is there an age limit?
At Sina, everyone must be 20 or over after 18:00; younger guests from 14 may come before 18:00 with a parent. The legal drinking age in Thailand is 20.
Do Pattaya beach clubs have a dress code?
Sina publishes a strict one: no sports jerseys, sweatpants, tank tops, gym wear, ripped clothes or Crocs. COAST and Pebbles ask for casual dress; the others publish none (checked 1 October 2026).
