Three lists, so a priced deal never reads like a bare time: offers with a published price or discount, windows the bars publish without one, and the one bar whose own pages disagree. Each row keeps its own check date, in time order, with its area and its days in their own columns.

Skybar’s homepage still says 18:00–20:00 while its FAQ says 18:00–19:00 (both read 25 October): ask the bar which applies. A published window without a discount is not a priced deal. Torien’s Thursday promotion below is separate from its Friday/Saturday highballs and ends on 26 November 2026.

Two kinds of happy hour
The afternoon ones, from 14:00, are on the beach and in the sports bars: a daybed at Wong Amat, or a seat for an afternoon match in Jomtien. The evening ones are on five rooftops, timed to the hour the sun goes down over the gulf: Hermes Skybar and Sunset Beach Terrace on the
Pratumnak hill, Skybar Summer Club on Second Road, Torien in Na Jomtien at the weekend, and the Rooftop Terrace, Holiday Inn, over Beach Road. All of them, with floors and closing times, are compared on compare rooftop bars.
Net or plus-plus
A hotel bar’s menu price often has 10% service and 7% VAT added at the bill, where the menu says ++. The Beach Club, Pullman, gives a net happy-hour price: what you see is what you pay.
Torien’s 250 baht ++ highball comes to about 294 baht with both added. Where a bar publishes only a discount, such as Hermes’s half price, service and VAT may still be added to the half; a drink listed at 300 baht ++ would cost 150 baht ++ at half price, about 177 baht.

The table lists published windows from 14:00 to 21:00, with separate source dates. Daisy D’s was rechecked on 23 October 2026. Skybar’s homepage says 18:00–20:00 and its FAQ 18:00–19:00 (25 October); the conflict is unresolved.
Torien’s highballs are Friday/Saturday only; its separate Thursday offer ends 26 November.

Are happy hour prices in Pattaya net?
