HORIZON
The benchmark rooftop — level 34 of the Hilton on Beach Road, 360° over the bay, open 16:00–00:00 daily. Premium pours at premium prices; weekend sunset slots book out 2–3 days ahead.
// ZONE 05 — THE SLOW LANE
The waterfront pulse: rooftop bars 30 floors up, beachfront seafood, a sea breeze instead of a sound system. Where the night starts — or where you take it when the sois get too loud.

// 01 — THE VIBE
Beach Road runs the whole bay, and after dark it splits into layers: promenade strollers at street level, restaurants one row back, and the rooftop bars floating above it all. The pace is the opposite of Walking Street — which is exactly the point.
Jomtien, over the hill, is the even slower cousin: beachfront tables, quieter bars, locals walking the night market. Together they're the recovery zone of the Pattaya night — and the best first chapter of it.
// 02 — THE CLOCK
Rooftop prime time. Sunset over the Gulf lands around 18:30 — be seated 45 minutes early with a drink in hand. This view is the whole show.
Beachfront seafood on Beach Road and Jomtien hits its stride. Tables by the sand go first — the night markets fill in behind.
The rooftops switch from sunset mode to skyline mode — DJs on at Horizon, the bay lit out to the anchored ships. Last orders land around midnight up top.
From here the night either ends gracefully on the promenade — or a 10-minute baht bus drops you into Walking Street at full peak. Choose wisely.

The benchmark rooftop — level 34 of the Hilton on Beach Road, 360° over the bay, open 16:00–00:00 daily. Premium pours at premium prices; weekend sunset slots book out 2–3 days ahead.
A dozen-plus rooftops now ring the bay — smart casual gets you into all of them. Budget 300–800 THB per cocktail at the upscale tier; the view comes free.
Beachfront bars and seafood tables with sand underfoot, plus a night market crawl. Half the price of the rooftops, twice the breeze.
// 04 — THE BRIEFING
№ 01
Rooftop round for two with snacks: 1,500–2,500 THB per person at the top tier. Jomtien beachfront night: half that, comfortably.
№ 02
Horizon and the upscale decks enforce bookings on weekends — reserve 2–3 days out for a Sat–Sun sunset slot. Weeknights you can usually walk in before 17:30.
№ 03
Beach Road bookends the night perfectly: sunset here, sois after, and the promenade again at 04:30 if you make it to sunrise. Baht buses loop the whole route for pocket change.
