Choose the kind of music evening
Start with the organiser’s current edition information when it is published. A festival ticket, a pub evening and a live-band set are separate bookings.
If friends are arriving by motorcycle, agree where the group meets before the evening begins. Separate the journey there from the ride after drinking.
Plan without locking in an unannounced date
Use refundable arrangements if your trip depends on this event. Check the exact edition, venue and performance date before paying for entry or group transport.
A previous year’s location can help you understand the event’s background. Wait for the 2027 venue notice before choosing a pickup landmark.
Arrange a non-riding way back
Make a return plan that works for everyone who drinks. Save the driver and meeting details before entering the site; review getting home for city transport choices.
Choose another night
Compare the seasonal night planner before choosing your date, or build a regular evening from the night-out guides.
