Moved to Pattaya and stayed. Tim does the structure: which zones get a page, what a venue entry has to prove before it earns one, and the source check printed at the foot of most pages on this site.
He keeps the venue ledger — 803 records, each with a status, a verification date and a single owning zone — and he is the one who marks a bar closed, which is the entry readers complain about most and the one worth getting right.

Thai, and from here. Paemi reads what Tim cannot: Thai-language notices, the local reporting, the wording on a licence or an inspection order before an English summary of it exists.
She is also the reason the tone stays flat. A bar is a business with opening hours and prices, and describing one to a visitor does not require the language most guides reach for.

EVERY LINE HAS A RECEIPT
Most pages here end with a source check: the claim, the words the claim rests on, who published them and the date we read them. Where two sources disagree, both are shown and we say which one we lead with and why.
Some of what you read is what we saw standing in the street at that hour. The rest is checked against an operator's own page, an official notice or dated local reporting. The source check says which it was — we do not present desk verification as a night out.
Corrections: mail [email protected] with the page and what is wrong. We re-check and re-date the page rather than quietly editing it. The full method is on the how we work page, and what we refuse to do is on the same page.

Pattaya After Dark is published by TimPaemi — TIMPAEMI CO., LTD., Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri, Thailand. It is one of a group of Pattaya titles the two of us run under that name.
We say so openly on every page rather than inventing separate publishers for each title. Common ownership is normal; hiding it is not. Each title has its own editorial team of exactly two people, its own sources, its own email and its own writing — nothing here is syndicated from a sister title, and no title links to another to inflate it.
Commercial policy in one line: no paid placement, no affiliate links, no sponsored venue entries. A venue cannot buy its way onto this site or off it.
