Horizon occupies Level 34 of Hilton Pattaya, above Central Pattaya on Beach Road. It combines indoor seating with an open-air terrace and the Infinity Bar, looking west across Pattaya Bay. Hilton positions it as both a restaurant and a bar, with an international and local menu plus a live DJ every night.

Come here for sunset, a date, a dressed-up first stop or a full dinner with the view built into the occasion. It works when your group accepts hotel pricing and is willing to reserve for a good outdoor position. Skip it if you want a cheap spontaneous drink, a casual beach-bar dress code or a room that only starts after midnight. Horizon is strongest from late afternoon through dinner, not as a substitute for a late club.

Hilton currently publishes the Horizon food menu from 16:00–01:00. Sunset is the high-demand window, followed by dinner from roughly 19:00 to 21:00; the DJ carries the room later. Reserve ahead for an outdoor table on weekends and arrive before sunset rather than at the exact minute the light changes.

The current official menu gives a useful spend check: bar bites run about 200–990 THB, main dishes about 650–1,300 THB, and steaks begin around 1,400 THB and rise substantially for premium cuts. A 17:00–19:00 half-price drink window was listed in June 2026, but hotel promotions rotate. Confirm the active offer and included drinks when booking.

Plan on smart casual. Avoid flip-flops and athletic wear, and check the current policy if your outfit is borderline. There is no need to overcomplicate the entrance: go through Hilton Pattaya and use the hotel lifts. Ask about any table condition or minimum spend before confirming a special-event reservation.

Horizon is the flagship hotel rooftop in the Beach Road and Jomtien zone. Its geographic address is central Beach Road, while the zone guide groups the city’s coastal rooftop choices together for planning. That is why it is compared with venues beyond the immediate block rather than treated as part of a single walkable bar lane.

Choose Zamā Skybar for a Pratumnak rooftop that runs later. Choose Moon Deck for a simpler, lower-cost view, or Drift for the lower Hilton option. Horizon is the answer when height, sunset, service and a complete dinner matter more than price or a very late finish.
